Mindex is a private invitee-only active membership service designed to help mental health minded healthcare providers locate and refer their patients/clients to other mental health minded healthcare providers. It does not bind referral sources to see suggested referrals and makes no guarantee as to quality or availability of services. Active membership is defined as a financial account in good standing. Membership is considered inactive 32 days after the last received payment of membership dues. The materials on Mindexs web site are provided "as is".
